Available Services
Services Provided
- Prepare all necessary documentation for submittal.
- Submit Demolition Permit for site.
- Process Master Building Plans through the appropriate department(s) (Environmental Department, Impact Fees, and Water & Sewer)
- Obtain the Allocation Letter from Environmental Department.
- Obtain the Impact Fee Assessment.
- Obtain the Verification Form from the Water & Sewer Department.
- Meet with Municipal and/or County staff as needed to address any comments or issues during the process to obtain approvals.
- Review and provide timely customer updates during the entire process as needed.
- Coordinate Design Drawings and Construction Documents with contractors and design professionals to expedite the plan review process throughout all agencies.
- Provide and maintain deliverable permit schedule for all construction permitting.
- Submit, process, and manage all required work items for the master building permit.
- Coordinate and attend meetings with the Project Team as needed to address any open and/or outstanding items required for project completion.
- Ensure closure of all active permits
- Acquire TCO/CO as needed to ensure project closeout.
- 40 - 50-year recertification
